Krikiya Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on the krikiya platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. The information you provide at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Each user may only open one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential, and sharing account access with third parties is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, please notify our support team immediately.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Only payment methods registered in your name may be used to deposit funds into your account. Deposit amounts must stay within specified limits, which vary depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests generally take 24 to 72 hours to process, and withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed. If any suspicious transaction is detected, krikiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and may request the necessary documentation.

3. Betting Rules & Game Terms

Each game and betting section on the platform has its own set of rules, detailed on the relevant page. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error or system outage, the relevant amount will be returned to the account. If krikiya identifies suspicious betting activity or evidence of manipulation, it reserves the right to void that bet and investigate the account. To promote responsible gaming, you may set your own betting limits — we encourage all users to make use of this feature.

4. Prohibited Activities

Money laundering, fraud, deceiving other users, or any illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or gain an advantage is not allowed. Multiple members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts using a single payment method. If any prohibited activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. In such matters, krikiya's decision is considered final.

5. Limitation of Liability

The krikiya platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service. krikiya is not liable for interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or external factors. 6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, software, content, and trademarks on the krikiya platform are our exclusive property. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any part of the platform without permission is prohibited. Viewing and printing content for personal use is permitted, but written authorization is required for any commercial purpose. Where third-party content is used, the rights of the respective owners are reserved.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms & Termination

Krikiya may modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the site along with the date of the change. krikiya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations. You may also request to close your account at any time, in which case any outstanding balance will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
